Start being a NO person. Stop bringing in clients, connections, or resources that do not fit into the business environment that you want to foster. Trust your gut and say no more often.
Stop tiering your clients into brackets based on how much money they pay you. Treat every client with the same level of respect, value, and celebratory energy. Give every client your full attention and 100% effort when you’re working with them, no matter if they pay you $5K or $100 a month.
Show up for your clients every day. Celebrate them, be an advocate for them, and celebrate all their wins, regardless of the size or the type of win.
Pay attention to the actions that your clients are taking today. What are your active clients telling you they need? What are they saying they don’t like? Listen and let it inform your actions and the way you support them.
