Simplicity Is Key
Often as entrepreneurs, we want to do all the things. Offer all the programs and courses. The communities. Let’s just do it all. That’s the way to build success…right?
Actually…no.
See, if you try to do all the things, you can’t really be giving your full attention and time to do one thing well enough. Your messaging will confuse your audience and they won’t really be sure what you do. You’ll find yourself spread thin and your business will suffer.
Repear after me:
Simplicity is king.
You don’t need to offer a million courses each with a million components. Saturating your business with program after program after program will cause your audience to become fatigued. They’ll get sick of your launching a new program every week. They’ll stop listening.
And let’s not even consider the insane amount of work that each launch takes!
Landing pages. Emails. Social posts. General marketing.
It’s not worth it.
Here’s my advice to you and it’s what I tell my clients all the time:
Pick one program.
Something you do really well. Something you know your audience wants and needs.
It’s the one that creates the most impact. The one that shares your mission and your values.
Take that one program and make it amazing. Make it the program that everyone needs to do.
Once you’ve made that program a necessity for your audience, then you can diversify. Open another program.
But keep the value and the impact.
Because that’s how you build trust. That’s how you build your brand.
Be the person who’s known for providing amazing value and programs that impact people.
