Last Week, I Had The Moment I've Been Waiting For

I had The Moment last week. The moment that all entrepreneurs building their biz and team wait for. The moment that is a result of the hard work, the tears, the frustration, the successes, the perseverance and just general kick-assery.

Here It Is

I was sitting in my yard deciding what to make for lunch when reality hit me.

The clock says 12pm.

The calendar confirms it’s a Friday at the end of the month.

…and I had no work to do.

No emails to answer, no tasks left to check off, and no team members or clients to check in with.

Cue panic…wait, no.

Cue joy!

It was happening. The processes, the systems, the training, the team....they’re working cohesively. The wheels are in constant motion.

And I’m not needed.

Taking A Step Back

it might seem counterproductive to build a business where you’re not needed but for me, I’ve always been working toward the day where I can take that step back from the day-to-day tasks and focus on the bigger picture stuff.

And at long last, it was here. I have a team I knew would the sh*t done. I have an incredible OBM who is across everything. I have the processes in place. I have amazing, aligned clients that I’m proud to support.

I thought about 12 months prior and remembered how different my business and life were and I couldn’t help but celebrate.

So today, if you’re in the messy middle, if you’re feeling as though you can’t shift through the sh*t.... trust me, it’s coming.

The breakthrough that follows the breakdown, the ease and joy that settles after the struggle storm, and the dream vision coming to fruition before your eyes.

Stick with it. Work your ass off. Never settle. Build a dream team. Hire an amazing mentor/coach. Trust your intuition.

And of course, do it your way!
