Your Systems and Process Guru AKA The Girl Who Gets Shit Done.
As a seasoned Entrepreneur and Bachelor of Business honours graduate, who made the jump from corporate life to multiple-business owner, Ashley Kay, deeply understands what is involved in running a successful entrepreneurial empire.
During her corporate years Ashley cultivated a solid professional skill set while operating in demanding, high pressure and time sensitive situations. Although she loved the fast pace, what she really craved was a greater sense of fulfillment.
After 10 years working in system optimization roles and managing multiple teams, she realized that supporting entrepreneurs in building streamlined businesses that worked for them, was her true passion. Today, 6 years since AK/VA was founded, Ashley, alongside her team of 10 Virtual Assistants, supports clients around the world in elevating their businesses and taking their achievements to the next level of success, all while having fun doing it.
Ashley’s goal is to help you have the greatest impact possible while living a life that lights you the fuck up.
Besides being the girl who gets shit done, Ashley is a dog-loving, wine-drinking, book-reading small town girl living her dream life. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, long distance running, watching anything made by the Hallmark Channel, exploring the gorgeous province of BC, Canada that she feels lucky to call home, and supporting fellow business owners in any way that she can.
On a regular Friday you can find her sipping champagne with friends and trying out a new restaurant (hello fellow foodies!).
