G-Suite email templates turn frequent messages into templates to save you time and keep your business running smoothly. This hack is a game-changer for anyone like me who feels like drafting an email is an entire task in and of itself. ⁠

My motto is, if you've memorized the message, it should be a template.

⁠To create and insert these templates, go to the “More Options” menu in the compose toolbar. You can also create automatic replies using templates and filters together. These automatic replies can help you quickly and easily respond to messages, such as when you’re out of office, on vacation, or when it is outside of business hours. 

We don't have to reinvent the wheel after every consultation call, introduction, meeting request, etc. Simply write the email once and plug-and-play each time you need to send that type of email to customize it to who you’re sending it to. You'd be surprised how much time this email template hack can save you!
